Refund Policy

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Day Experiences

Applies to:
Inside Faroese Culture / Faroese Cultural Experience
Breakfast in Vestmanna
Breakfast with Guided Tour in Vestmanna

  • Cancellations made at least 2 weeks before the experience will receive a full refund.

  • Cancellations made 48 hours before will receive a 50% refund.

  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before are non-refundable.


Weather Policy
If the experience is canceled due to severe weather conditions, guests will be offered a full refund or an alternative date.

No-Show Policy
If a guest does not show up, no refund will be provided.

Late Arrivals
If a guest arrives late, the experience will continue as scheduled, and no refunds will be given.

Guests may request to reschedule instead of canceling, subject to availability.​

All cancellations must be made in writing via email to info@isleborn.com. The cancellation will be considered effective from the time the email is received.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Any payment processing or bank fees that are not recoverable may be deducted from the refunded amount.

We recommend purchasing travel insurance that covers cancellations, medical emergencies, or transport delays.

Multi Day Tours

As our tours include pre-booked services, the following cancellation terms apply:

​

  • Cancellations made at least 30 days before the arrival date:

    • You will receive a 60% refund of the total booking amount.

    • The remaining 40% will be issued as travel credit, valid for 3 years.

 

  • Cancellations made less than 30 days before the arrival date:

    • No refund will be issued.

    • 40% of the total booking amount will be issued as a travel credit, valid for 3 years.
