Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Cancellations made at least 2 weeks before the experience will receive a full refund.

Cancellations made 48 hours before will receive a 50% refund.

Cancellations made less than 48 hours before are non-refundable.
Weather Policy
If the experience is canceled due to severe weather or other unforeseen circumstances, guests will be offered a full refund or an alternative date.
No-Show Policy
If a guest does not show up, no refund will be provided.
Late Arrivals
If a guest arrives late, the experience will continue as scheduled, and no refunds will be given.
Guests may request to reschedule instead of canceling, subject to availability.
